Why would Rockstar want to do something with it? They haven�t had a Gouranga reference in GTA since the first one.

Also it can�t be costing them any resources to redirect traffic?

Just for the record, no plans for us to go anywhere now. It's all funded by me, sitting on my domain (forums.gtazz.com). Rockstar are kindly redirecting the gouranga.com domain at the moment, but even if they decide to do something else with it in the future, we'll be here.

Just need to find a way to get more people in here and stop Needles scaring them off..

I miss the troublemakers, Groovealex, posting images of giant spunking cocks with gay abandon and the like.

A lot of the knobends were fun to rile up. Teknics seemed to explode at any given opportunity where I was involved. That American kid a few years back was fun as well. Then there was that guy I annoyed so much, he posted an image of my face pasted onto a corpse. Jolly good innocent larks for all.

For me it was something to do in my very early teens. Back in those days my evenings were mainly divided between my paper-round, getting drunk & smoking at the local park, and the GtaScene.

Did someone say ICQ? Shit I forgot all about that. And the sound-effects were so damn annoying too; how could i possibly repress those memories?

Something about this place just feels homely, i'm lost for a decent explanation, but I will be very very sad if it all disappears.

It meant Needles didnt have the power to ban yet

It meant i had to download and install ICQ

It meant for some years i had something to occupy my Shouldnt-be-playing-GTA-because-i-wasnt-nearly-old-enough time and get a few laughs and a couple nice looking car mods out

It meant Reviewing cars (I cant completely remember whether i did GTA cars or GTA2 cars.. Maybe Azz remembers.

It meant actually being able to be called a forum "Veteran" lol

It means I can still pop back here every 6 months and make an occasionally on-topic post just so the GTA world knows im still alive.. This is assuming anyone still remembers my Handle :-D

I can get away with some pretty stupid/offensive comments to certain people, and whilst I may offend some of their friends, the person whos wall it is will usually just say something like "Oh its Matt" and that will solve everything apparently.
