OK well I was wondering how many of you actually still play gta1? I  havent imported a car for over a year, and only play once every few months,  just for old times sake.

Id like to play gta2 again, because I haven't played it that much. dont work on xp tho

What about the rest of you?

I play it, I went and bought it again, because my disc was fucking and it came with London :)...

Yeah, on the very rare occasion. When I do, I'm usually shocked at how... Basic it seems. Its weird, because when it came out, I always thought nothing could possibly top it. Ditto GTA2, but now they feel like commodore 64 games; good to go back to for the odd blast but they've been surpassed by newer technology.

What the hell, I'm a retro gamer anyway. I still play Paradroid, Last Ninja and Manic Miner ffs.

i do every once and a while cuz ya it actually runs on my computer and besides it is the best game of the gta series i would say ...

I remember some kid thinking he was a vet on the last board in editing or something and he'd only played 2 and 3!

Manic Miner, that the same as Diamond Run or is it the one with ther burglar with the wheelbarrow?

I started off with GTA1, ages ago. It was way before we got internet, so I never took up editing for it. Along came GTA2. Hot damn, how I enjoyed that game, although I still think that even now I've spent more time in GTA1 than I'll ever do with GTA2, I still liked it way better in playability, even for all the faults that it had. I started making cars for that game. after that, I've played  both every once in a while, until GTA3 came along. Nothing happened. I started playing that  a month ago, got somewhere into city 3, and cut it off when I felt the need to make a car again. Since then it's all the way back to 2 again.

No way, Head over heels and batman! For the speccy.

Needles..after the billions of hours I have played it, it just doesnt have the same appeal as it used to. I still like it though, its just i have played it many more hours than any other game ever.

I played GTA a couple of weeks ago to test my latest car!!! And I actually enjoyed it!  :D

Neither, Manic Miner was probably one of, if not the first ever platform game. You ran through a series of static screens, avoiding flying toilets and suchlike. It came out on the spectrum in the early eighties.

I no longer play GTA1 or GTA2. I don't think I've actually played GTA1 in about two years.
