Exactly, the video game isn't even a real factor here, if they'd look at the fact that their stupid constitution means that guns are easy to get hold of - if some little kid wants to get a gun and go on a killing spree in the US, he looks in his dad's underwear drawer.

In the UK, he goes and buys a BB gun and annoys his brother and gets into a fight. That's about it.

The law allowing the right to bear arms dates back to the Revolution, when it might be nessesary for an American to defend his home against invading soilders. Now its just pointless and causes murders.

There have been MANY trials to amend this from the Constitution.

I mean, they just let the kids have the guns!!!!! This is rediculus. My little brother has his own rifle for hunting. The only times he can even touch it are when my dad has made sure it is unloaded, when they are hunting, OR when they are target shooting. My little bro also need adult supervision. Anyother time, the gun is locked up in a huge steel safe that looks like it will go through the floor, adn is locked at all times by a combo only my parents know. So there!!!!! NOT ALL AMERICANS ARE AS FUCKED UP AS YOU SAY WE ARE!!!!!

Pointing your finger at Take2 might alleviate some guilt, but it doesn't solve anything. The "litigate 'em all and ask questions later" philosphy present in Western culture only encourages this. I'm the father of a very young child, and I like to think that if my kid was emotionally unstable enough to be driven to violence from GTA-type games, I'd see the signs and take the appropriate actions. Psychiatrist, therapy, whatever. If I DID fuck up and not realize she was going batshit, I'd really hope that I'm capable of fessing up to my mistake.
