Deleted Member	Hi! I just installed GTA3 on my new computer, and my question is: Is it normal when the game starts to have a 3/4" black boarder around the screen? I've tried all different settings, and can't fill the screen. My display on the desktop,and browser are full and normal! The display properties are set to 800x600 16bit, and when I change settings in the game, doesn't do a thing. The system is : P4 2.4ghz, 512mb pc2700, Nvidia Gforce4 mx440, 64mb ddr,etc. BTW, I also tried it on a second monitor,and got same results. Tried a game that came with video card(Aquanox), and that was full screen. What am I missing, or is this normal for this game? Thanks, Geo P.S. The refresh rate is set to 85hz.

Deleted Member	Thanks Piazza, When the game starts, I had a 3/4 inch boarder around the game screen. I found the cure, it was a monitor setting. It seems that the monitor had a problem displaying this game screen. I tried it on both a 19" and a 17" tinitron, and both did the same thing! I tried everything,and went to Nvidia site and downloaded new drivers. It turns out to be a very basic and simple thing that I and nobody else was aware of. It's called user defined memory settings. When you are in the game, just adjust the HxW to fill the screen, and monitor remembers it every time you play GTA3, and when you go back to any other application, like the desktop, all the other settings are unaffected. I can't believe I'm the only person on the planet that has had this problem, or maybe I'm just plain stupid! :Y Thanks again, Geo
