I just bought GTA3 and GTAVC for PC for the hell of it, and I did not know there was that much of a difference from PS2 to PC. I already want to go into editing GTA3/VC. Now I know I can search around, but I also wanted some of you to put down some great links about editing.

It could be, HOWTOs, Car Databases, or anything else.

The hotbed for talented GTA3/VC modding is GTAForums.com, I'd suggest you start by having a flick through thier Tutorial Forum to give yourself some idea of how mind-meltingly complicated it is.  It takes months and years to make most types of modifications for these games, so if you want to get into it you'll find yourself doing it every waking hour for the rest of your life, to the detriment of your friends and family.
