It's unlikely anyone will take you up on this, especially as this topic isn't in the "2D Mods" area.  Sent a private message to a member of staff asking them to throw it into that area, you'll get no replies to it here.  I'd suggest Alfadog, I normally report stuff to him as he is fairly active and actually responds to them.

Why don't you try to make it yourself. You never know what you can accomplish unless you try.
Maybe you might succeed and be proud of the car that you want to create.

Look at Jiggaman that person never mod a car before and look at what that person came up with.
