        		It's not that hard, you just have to call up a windows API command, All those cd burning progs use it, when the cd is finnished the drive opens automatically  :o

        I've done it in visual basic before.

        actualy cdrw programs can even lock and unlock the
        tray, using direct driver acceses, i have done it in Delphi  B)

        		Okay I think of myself as a reasonably tuned-in guy but this shit scares the fuck out of me. If anyone is up for making every disc tray in this library open sim-yewl-taneously I would most impressed.

          		I think someone made an april fools joke by putting  a message up on the screen and opening the disc tray..... thats jsut a guess thow...

          I think it's that.  Cheap as hell, the admins just redirected the gtaforums domain to that page.  The 'hashcake hackers' were actually the gtaforums SA's, for those you hadn't twigged.  They set up a forum there, which GTAForums members decided to spam seven bales of electrons out of instead of talking over the issue.
          A rather sizable bag of ammunition for the anti-gtaforums possie. :|
          Still there were a few who were lobbying for reasonable discussion.  I viewed both pranks as a socialogical type of study...it kinda shows that The Lord of the Lies actually turns out to be a pretty fair depiction of reality.

          		A friend of ours who is soon off to Crete to be a holiday rep got a letter saying he had been randomly picked to be drug-tested at the airport and after a we had a big farewell weekend and basically shit himself and told his mum of all of his (and our) crimes.
          And then read the bit at the bottom saying hahahaha from us in the small print at the bottom.
          Last we heard he ran off to Crete but he's not picking up his phone, hehehehehe. Ruined life AHAHAHHAHAHA!

          Just out of interest, do you know of any way of opening the CD tray using a rundll call? So that you'd be able to do it from a command prompt, y'know...
