Because I've received some mails requesting a Neural Version for GTA3: Neural GTA3 Conversion Kit (203 kb)

This file contains a fixed txd and instructions how to make the Neural work in GTA3. It does not contain the dff, so you'll need to download the Vice City Version (609 kb) as well.
