Ok, so I was on a date with Katie, and I crashed my car by mistake. She shouts out very excitedly "You're the worst driver ever, I love you!"

Is she being sarcastic, or does she really like it when I crash my car?

She was being sarcastic when she said "I love you".

But I think she was being honnest when she said " You're the worst driver ever".

This " drive your girl around" stuff in SA sucks even more than doing that in RL...why can't girls just take a decent cruising speed?

If by "decent cruising speed" you mean 60 to 80 mph on crowded city streets, I agree. I don't know because I don't pay attention to what the girlfriends say in the game (sort of like Carl - have you noticed he only has about 3 preset responses?)
