An official patch has been released which completely disables the Hot Coffee scenes from being used and the Hot Coffee mods from being installed. More interestingly though, it also fixes a number of bugs.

Sweeeeet! No more ugly dirty cars! Btw the rain/sound problem still remains.

you can fix those sound-rain troubles yourself by downloading old version of EAX.dll

Does it fix things like the double rearwheels only being single wheels on articulated trucks?

Yay! Now the game crashes every time I start it. Didn't happen before patching.

EDIT: Works now. Kerio personal whinewall doesn't seem to like patched version of San Andreas.
