    And to change your Avatar you need an link to it. Try using a free internet picture site. Like mine is  PhotoBucket it stores images and gives you the exact link to them. Best of all it's FREE. Same thing with the signature. Go to 'Edit Profile' and then scroll down. You should see 'Avatar URL:' thats where you enter the exact location (on a site, not your computer or your documents) of your Avatar. Like I said, PhotoBucket gives this out for free. After this is done, scroll down and you should see 'Signature:', here you must put Exact location site of picture" alt="Exact location site of picture" />. PhotoBucket already has the IMG Tag for you to copy/paste.

    You did not copy the avatar url correctly.
    Click the link below. Right click on the picture, click properties, highlight the URL and paste it into your avatar url address bar.
    YOu must highlight the whole Url Address.

            Those images are too big (in dimensions and size) and they have annoying animation effects.

            Try to find a small non-animated image before you start messing around with having random avatars.
