| Pyro GTA2 Scripter & Mapper
| I'm taking it that you are referring to GTA2 because you modified your last post. You have to set one up in the map editor (if you have a Win 98 or 2000 machine) or use one of Delfi's GTA2 tools on his site to change the map zone and save it. Also, make sure the map is compressed as well before you try to run it. Also, you can use Delfi's GMP optimiser to reduce the map size from about 6mb to maybe 300kb (depending on size of your map) and is extremely handy.
