Those MRO bastards seem to be reluctant to undertand a sense of ownership.

Azz the barbarian. grrr Joined: Feb '03 Posts: 1,785 Type: Administrator	I'm not sure about copyright in the rest of the world, but UK and US you don't pay for it, it's an inherent right for any creative product for your lifespan plus a seemingly random number of years, right? Stupid bloody thing is in general we're not a belligerent bunch of arses (er, not counting thresh obviously ;) ), and if people just ASK and GIVE CREDIT then we're cool. My cars have appeared in god knows how many shitty internet games simply because people email me and ask for permission to use anything on my site, I say no they have to ask individual authors, but they can feel free to use mine, so they do. lol, I'm such a whore.. But yeah, I suggest we send 2na and an army of noobs to assault the buggers. I'm not sure about copyright in the rest of the world, but UK and US you don't pay for it, it's an inherent right for any creative product for your lifespan plus a seemingly random number of years, right?

Ironic, people who are involved in the Grand Theft Auto scene are so sensitive about stealing cars.

Possible solution lads.

First off, the cars that were stolen have been removed. The cars that were made using GTA bases is still be talked over. It could come to a situation were the original authors are credited, which wouldn't be too bad.

The creators of the game did not create the car pack, they were created by users, mostly Vivndum and Riceman. Just keep that in mind before you read on.

Ok, the solution. What was proposed was to create a GTA MRO partnership. When people submit a GTA car to GTAzz they could send it to MRO too. If it gets in the game there would be no need for permission as the author submitted the car by choice. And of course we can submit old cars and even make MRO cars ourselves!

What does everyone think? Nothing is being done until both sides are happy with the idea. Any thoughs, MSN me - mrbryanspence@hotmail.com

It's really embarrasing for me to come here and appologize for something...in my humble opinion, should have never happened. I tried to suggest a possible solution, which doesn't depend directly on me, because I'm not the "creator" of the game. However I think it's a good idea... Bryan commented it some posts before...and I will not repeat it again... think about it...
