i'm hungover as fuck, and i've run out of multi-vitamins and shit, so what are your guys favourite hangover cures?

nothing can beat a greasy feed and some multi-vitamins in my opinion, but yeah, no food in the house and no vitamins.

Drink a pint of water before you go to bed, then, no hangover the next day.
Kinda doesn't help you now you already have one, but hey, future uses.

I used to open a can of Coka-Cola the night before and leave it on the night stand right next to the bed before I went to sleep. Then the next morning the first thing I'd do was chug the warm flat coke.

    		actually, drinking a buttload of water before you go to bed would probably be the best solution. scientifically, a hangover is nothing more than severe dehydration.

    		Stay young. Hangovers only get worse as you get older. bah.

    I just knock back as much water as I can before I feel the urge to vomit, then a couple of paracetamol and off to bed. If it's too late for that then lots of water and something like plain dry bread.

    But the best solution kids, don't drink!

    ^ That take care of your stomach, the best way to get over a hangover I find is to have a long hot shower and a shave so you feel fresh and clean again, clean clothes help to.

    I'm willing to tread the line because I ain't some scummy little cunt who drinks a bottle of White Lightning on the park (not anymore anyway). I'm sensible for the most part with my drink.

    		I think the cooked breakfast can be excluded. I can be fine with just the energy drink, but thats because I hardly have proper breakfast anyway. I usually feel a bit weird and sick if I have a full breakfast.

    Glad to see someone agrees with the energy drink theory.

    I agree because it'll get you through the day. It works, unlike so many other theories.

    The food is needed, it will absorb that leftover alcohol in your stomach. It helps get it going. Noodles are godly breakfasts for the hugover. You don't have to eat a full one, just something. And cooked tastes nice.

    Or, if you feel liek a hrdcore binge week, neck a bottle of scotch.

    		well i decided the best thing to do was get back on it....   needless to say that it ended in a messy night of beer pong and spewing out of moving cars...  ace!

    but yeah, i'm not really hungover this morning, so that's good.

    		Water .... that's it, just water. Berroca/vitamins/energy drinks can help too, expecially if you drank till you puked.

    2na is on the money with the shower and clean clothes. It always makes me feel worlds better.

    		Nothing like a full cooked English Breakfast (thats Bacon, Sausage, Egg, Beans, Tomato, Hash Browns and whatever else)... fat soaks up the alcohol, you have a full stomache, and it tastes damn good. Water before bed isnt that great of a cure, its more a preventative.... it works though.
