I like to run away from them, the longest I lasted was a three day weekend of drinking to the point of needing to chuck, then giving it a couple of hours to settle and drink to the same point again. But I slept for the vast majority of the following three days. Normally I like to chug a shitload of water before bed, then have a hot shower and a good feed the next morning. You have to stop drinking before you can get a hangover. I like to run away from them, the longest I lasted was a three day weekend of drinking to the point of needing to chuck, then giving it a couple of hours to settle and drink to the same point again. But I slept for the vast majority of the following three days.

Normally I like to chug a shitload of water before bed, then have a hot shower and a good feed the next morning. Going for a swim the next morning is also really good, but it only helps if you have a pool nearby.
