I was wondering why there hasn't been posted any news on the site for longer then a year? Will schu ever return, or will it never get moving again?

Almost certainly not.  The owners of almost all the GTA1 websites lost interest with the first 3D edition, and have since gone on to other things.  Most started the websites while students and now have jobs in computing now.  Not sure exactly what Schu's situation is, but he's probably got a family by now.
