Dias is easy,just use the Uzi to kill him or use a strategy to kill him (lol wait til you need to kill sonny and ill see how you will post)

Ignore all his goons, run past all the gunfire, then when you see him drill him with the M16.  You should be able to take the shots if you sprint and have full health and body armour.
