    		I've been trying to find a way to add the effect of a neon underbody kit to a car in gta2. Much like the effect emergency cars have when you turn on the sirens but instead of it blinking I want to be able to have a key binded that gives it a constant glow. If anyone can help me out my life would be complete. THANK YOU!!!

      		Alas I believe so. There was a guy that was going to help me but I'm not sure what happened with that. Sorry for asking again but I was hoping someone new might have come along and could offer more insight. But seeing how someone was going to help me before and I'm pretty sure this was the site that I got that feedback from so I decided to give it another swing. :P
