| Every map needs restart zones. Pretty simple to add them with ZoneEditor, just open the .gmp map, click add, name the zone anything you like (usually restart_1, restart_2 etc), set zone type to "restart" and enter the coordinates. You add other types of zones by choosing a different zone type.

One way to find coordinates:
1. Download power manager registry patch and run it to enable debug mode in GTA2 Manager.
2. Run GTA2 Manager and tick the debug option "do debug keys".
3. Start GTA2 and then you can push C to display the coordinates of the player and you can use the keypad to teleport around the map.
You can also view coordinates in the GTA2 Map Editor.
