Ok iv'e downloaded the free version of gta2 off the rockstar website. It unzipped and installed fine but when i try to run it it just says Unable to create registry key. And when i go into gta 2 manager it  wont  run help please. none

Unfortunately it needs to write to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE instead of HKEY_CURRENT_USER, so it won't run on restricted user account (It won't run if you are logged into Windows as guest).  There's no patch to change this, so you have to login in as a less restricted user, usually administrator.
