Greetings,

something I've been meaning to do for a while, just no time. So had a chat with schu and we've got an idea.

I just thought it'd be nice to have some G! forums merchandise available. Not being sold for profit, so not to make anyone here rich(er). Just thought it might be a cool thing to do, the regs might want a t-shirt to announce their allegience to the world ;)

However, as I say, no time no time at all. So I hit upon an idea. How's about you guys come up with the graphics/logos. I was thinking of doing it all through Spreadshirt for ease of use.

So come up with a logo or graphic to go on t-shirts and the like. Something which says G! Forums, though I'm fairly certain that place won't print profanity. heh. Obviously you can't use any copyrighted materials, so leave all the GTA stuff alone. But Gouranga! is of course fair game. Slogan's are good too, should you feel inclined.

I'll find out how many colours and the like you can use, but I think simple designs are often more effective.

If you guys can come up with stuff we'll pick the three best ones (as a group), get them up there for public consumption, and I'll buy the three winning dudes a t-shirt or something.

Sound like a good idea then? I'm going to have a go at knocking up some graphics when I get a mo as well.

That'd be cool. I'd like a shirt.

I'd say use the logo off Gouranga.com, and put something under it. Like "Piss of you cunt". Sadly, I don't think that'd work.

Or maybe, "Gouranga, home of GTA since '97."

Or just "Banzor!"

Also I?d much rather have something I?d take out in public / be proud to wear more GTA graphics or logos rather then something that says ?WANG ROOM, ON THE ROOF? ect.

Annnnnnnnnnd cotton polos rather then T shirts, T?s always have a cheap feel about them, if you make them like this I can get away with wearing them at work observe:

wow, interest, who'd've thunk it.

I think it'd be nice to have both extremes.. something nice and understated like Andy's suggestion, and then something a little more outrageous (but has to be funny otherwise it doesn't work!).

Once we come up with the designs then we can sort out exactly which items to offer afterwards. Personally I'd like one of the funky cadet cap things.

Keep the ideas coming. Feel free to reference historical content such as The Roof and the Prodmasters. ;)

Like I said, this isn't about money or advertising, it's just about coming up with some cool gear, so don't feel you have to mention GTA.. G! or G! Forums (or gasp.GTAzz) mentioned somewhere would be nice, but I don't think it's essential? Just come up with something cool which won't get us all beaten up when we go down the pub.
