I want to ask about cars in gta 2. I heard that it is possible to make a car for GTa2. is it?
and i don't know in what program should i draw . can you help me?? sorry for my bad english but i am from poland ;D

it is possible to make new cars, you can draw them in any tool, and import them with a sty tool / file editor.
