I wasn't sure which forum to post this under...anyway, my old GTA2 Tute is back online, mainly because I just happened to find it on an old backup CD by random chance (I lost it ages ago on my HDD).

Its slightly updated, in a new page design. Just a little thought for the new people out there. If there are any. There are some things missing like hue mapping, but its really just a newbie's guide, as I said last time.

I can't quite remember why I made this  :))

It's missing 34.png right near the end of step 3.

You don't suppose you'd allow me to host a copy of that at my site (you being credited anywhere your work appears of course  :Y )

Excellent, all that I want to do is convert it so it's in my sites colors and fonts.

Take a look at my site and look at JRS21's tute or JH4C's Palette hack tute for examples. Link in sig.

ps. Oh thank god everything's nice and organized, took me forever to convert JH4C's tute. (it's under the Editing bar in vehicles)

ya i don't like this tute much i don't know but the cars end result sucks but i guess that is waht tutorials are for to "work on" to increase your skills..

RRC the car is crap agreeably, but I wasn't trying. I made it for the tute, and it has absolutely no style or anything. That not the point of the tute. No tute in the world can tell you how to make a stylish car; you have to do it yourself. This tute shows the methods I used, which can be employed to make a nice car. This is exactly the method I use to make my cars.

no i wasn't saying that i was just saying that ya the car does not look good but tutorials are there for you to work on to increase your skills
