              		For anyone interested, a way to listen to/extract sounds is the GTA3 Audio Editor v1 at installer.gtaskins/audio/  [Dead link]
              Works with both GTA3 and VC.
              One problem though.. (at least with VC) the sound resources are listed as SFX##### so you'll have to do a little poking around.
              If you do download it, and have VC, here are the sample IDs.
