Re: GTA V

Thank you. I tried visiting the forum at work earlier and I really hope IT doesn't keep too close an eye on the sites I visit.

Well, you can show the favicon http://forums.gtazz.com/favicon.ico of this site to the IT, it's only a puppy. What harm can it do?

Re: GTA V

I'll be getting the super, mega, ultra LTD Edition that comes with a free gun that shoots bad language at old people and a San Andreas New Era B-Ball cap, amongst other things.

Thanks for that good, "down to earth" answer.

What do you expect? I'm very . First bit may have been exaggerated, the rest was true though.

You were talking about my shit so I explained it.

Buy 48H gold codes, it's much more efficient than buying whole 1 year.

Re: GTA V

Well we know it's going to be awesome, so there's that.

I think they've proven themselves as competent game makers - I can't remember the last time I played a Rockstar game and didn't like it.

Re: GTA V

I've just bought myself a ps3 so I can play this game. Better be darned good. Only bought a ps2 for San Andreas, becoming a recurring theme.

Does look fucking good though..

I know I'm going to be in the minority here but I didn't enjoy Max Payne 3.

Something about the story irked me, in fact I never finished it.  Perhaps it's better as a multilayer game as I did appreciate the solid shooting mechanics and cover system

Re: GTA V

I've yet to try Max Payne 3. Max Payne 2 was such a definitive game of my childhood, I was afraid a bad sequel would ruin my memory of how awesome it was.

But it's so tempting...

Re: GTA V

Yeah, Max Payne 1 and 2 are games I pull out all the time, I've got copies of both of them for X-box, PS2 and PC and I think they might be, in atmosphere, story, humour and gameplay, my favourite games ever. Nothing I've ever seen or heard has made me think 3 looked BAD as a game, but it doesn't look like the sense of humour is there, I just can't do it. By the end of 2, all the familiar characters are dead, there's nothing to go back to except Max being all depressed. Again.

Let's face it, a Max Payne game without Vinnie Gognitti ain't any kind of Max Payne game at all.
